LORI A. SNOW
Lori A. Snow brings over 25 years of administrative and human resources experience to Lonestar Land Services.
Snow serves in all General Business practices including:
Accounts payable & receivable invoicing
Payroll, human resources and employee benefits
Monthly/quarterly reporting requirements for ISNetworld, OSHA, and Veriforce.
Snow works assisting Project Management in Right of Way Acquisition, coordinating agents and title agents, overhead utilities-transmission/distribution, title investigation, due diligence, document reporting, permitting, obtaining verbal and written survey permission, reporting details for the overall project and settlement of construction damages.
Snow also has worked in the Investment Industry as a Senior Branch Office Administrator and Limited Partner for Edward Jones Investments and First Allied Securities, where she participated in account processing, opening and maintenance, managing service requests, administrative processing (estates, cash investments, securities, mutual funds, insurance, retirement, trades, and transfers), branch office record keeping, preparing cost basis for clients, supporting regional activities, and mentoring other branch office administrators.

TROY K. SNOW
Troy K. Snow, Managing Member of Lonestar Land Services since 2005. His titles have included, Manager of ROW, Project Management, Consultant, ROW Coordinator, Lead ROW Agent, Sr. Right of Way Agent, Field Manager, and Business Development Manager.
Snow has expertise in all aspects of Management followed by his Leadership skills in coordinating acquisition agents, title agents, construction liaisons and survey and environmental teams.
His experience in the industry includes:
Right of Way Acquisition (overhead and underground)(transmission and distribution utilities)
Survey permission, access (temporary and permanent)
Condemnation proceedings
Title investigation and due diligence
Specializes in pipeline routing/development, placement and acquisition of surface site facilities, cathodic protection (deep well and anode beds), well site locations and connections, frac tank locations, Overhead HVTL routing selection, acquisition and construction, substation facilities, switching stations facilities, Relocation, Encroachments, Right of Way Clearing, Permitting (Federal, State, County, Municipalities, waterways and Railroads) and settlement of construction damages (rural-farm, pasture crops and urban environments).

BETSY T. GARVEY
Betsy Garvey joined Lonestar Land Services in 2005. Garvey is involved in the daily activities of running a successful small business. Garvey serves in all financial practices including:
Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and monthly/quarterly reporting requirements.
She also works with the CFO to close out each month’s business so monthly financials can be produced.
Previously she was directly responsible for:
Abstract and title investigation in various counties, gathering title and abstract information for high voltage transmission line right-of-way
Preparing run sheets and limited title reports, cursory title and curative work in various counties, land description, conveyance, and document preparation.
She also creates and edits legal documents for Right-of-Way acquisition.
Prior to entering into the Right of Way business, she received her Licensed Vocational Nurse degree. Before that time, she served as an administrative assistant at Orthopedic Associates in Lewisville, TX, where she retrieved patient files both digitally and from microfilm. She has also been a nurse aide at Graham General Hospital, where she answered call lights, took vital signs, distributed supper trays and helped to feed patients, and aided in general health care.

JOHN ‘MATT’ GARVEY
Matt Garvey has been with Lonestar Land Services since 2005, and his experience includes:
Right-of-Way acquisition and infrastructure location
Construction methods and techniques
Title research
Appraisal assistance
Relocation of overhead utility installations
Condemnation preparation and support, and damage settlements.
Leased land for Wind and Solar Farms across Texas and Oklahoma.
Garvey’s responsibilities at Lonestar include:
Right-of-Way acquisition (electrical and pipelines)
Real estate acquisition and land leasing
Title research and due diligence
Permitting (state, county, city and railroad)
Frac pit locations
Obtaining written and verbal survey permission and coordinating survey efforts on seismic and right-of-way projects
Settlement of construction damages
Well site locations and roadways
Pipeline route development and selection
Cathodic protection sites
Seismic permitting
Previously, Garvey was a Military Aircraft Technician at Lockheed Martin / Lear Seigler Inc. at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX. He has also worked with Clarklift of Wichita Falls, TX and B.F. Goodrich Aerospace in Everett, WA.

DENNIS BACA
Dennis Baca, is the Chief Financial Officer at Lonestar Land Services with over a two decades of experience in corporate finance, risk management, and financial modeling. Known for strategic foresight, I have successfully spearheaded inserted major project, e.g., a multi-million dollar restructuring initiative and optimized internal financial operations.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and Master Degree in Business Leadership. Served in the United States Air Force for four years.
