Shawn Diel
With almost 20 years of industry experience that includes high voltage transmission lines, wind, solar, battery storage, oil and gas transmission pipelines, gathering and well connect pipelines, and oil and gas leasing.
Shawn has a business and agricultural background with a proven ability to manage diverse personnel and multiple projects in demanding environments.

Donnie Dillard
Donnie Dillard Jr. is a Project Manager of West Texas Operations for Lonestar Land Services, LLC, with 18 years of industry experience.
Donnie has worked on numerous Oil and Gas, Transmission and Pipeline Projects, along with Well Connects and Power Line Projects throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana. His experience includes ROW and Landowner negotiations, title research and review, document preparation, plat review and management of multiple fast-paced projects spanning all of West Texas and New Mexico.
As the current Project Manager of West Texas Operations, he leads a team of ROW agents, title agents, reviewers, permitting agents, and administrative professionals while working closely with multiple clients, surveyors, attorneys and land appraisers to complete numerous fast paced projects accurately and efficiently.

Terry Johnson
With more than 20 years of experience in Right of Way management and acquisition across Texas and Louisiana, Terry has built a reputation for delivering successful land and infrastructure solutions across large-scale projects.
Terry has managed and/or acquired thousands of miles of right of way for a diverse range of clients, demonstrating expertise in project leadership, stakeholder negotiations, land acquisition strategy, and regulatory coordination.

Brittani Snow
Brittani Snow is an accomplished land and title professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting oil and gas, transmission, and pipeline projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. She specializes in title research, curative analysis, document preparation, and training, consistently delivering precise and compliant results.
In her management position, Brittani oversees a team of title agents, reviewers, and support staff while partnering with surveyors, attorneys, land agents, and appraisers to drive complex projects forward. She is also a licensed Texas Right of Way Agent.

Richard Starkey
Richard has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry including 15 years of performing title research, acquisition duties, and permitting for energy projects in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, North Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Florida.
Richard’s experience has included FERC pipeline right of way projects. His background as a natural gas pipeline and compression construction superintendent has added leadership and management skills to his extensive experience.

Jason Stelzer
Jason has been in the land business for 20 years. Starting his career with Lonestar in the Barnett shale.
Over the years, Jason has worked for numerous producers, pipeline companies, and other utilities all over the country having spent time working in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, West Virginia, Ohio, Kansas, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and Utah.

Raleigh Trout
Raleigh Trout is a Project Manager for Lonestar Land Services, LLC, with over 18 years of industry experience.
During her career, she has worked on various oil and gas, transmission and pipeline projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Her expertise includes title research, curative support, document preparation and title training. In her current role as Project Manager, she leads a team of title agents, reviewers, document specialists and administrative professionals while working closely with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, land appraisers, attorneys and land agents to support complex projects with accuracy and efficiency.

Shelley Williams
Shelley has over 25 years of experience in property research. She has served as title reviewer, coordinator, and lead title agent on energy projects throughout Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas.
Shelley has also been involved in document preparation, assisting with acquisition, and data entry. She has completed 30 and 50-year title searches and searches from patent for various surface sites and energy lines.

Malcom Williamson
Malcom Williamson is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Landman with a strong background in land services, title research, and project oversight within Texas’s energy and real‑estate sectors. Based in Weatherford, Texas, he serves as a key contributor to Lonestar Land Services, LLC, since it’s founding in 2005 and is recognized for its deep expertise in land management, title analysis, and energy‑sector support.
In his role, Malcom manages complex land projects, coordinates with landowners, legal teams, and title experts, and ensures that all land‑related documentation and negotiations align with regulatory and operational requirements. His work supports Lonestar’s mission of delivering accurate, efficient, and strategically sound land services across Texas’s evolving energy landscape.
